Fearless Witness Faith Statement
The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and was written by men who were moved by the Spirit. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21)
There is one God, who exists in three distinct yet equally important persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1,26-27; Deuteronomy 6:4; John 14:26)
Jesus was God in the flesh. (John 1:1,14; John 20:28; John 10:30; John 14:9)
Jesus was born of a virgin (Luke 1:34-35), lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), was tortured and died on the cross (John 19), and physically rose from the dead three days later (John 20).
All men are sinners, and will be judged for their sin. (Romans 3:10,23; Hebrews 9:27; Jude 15)
Jesus is the only way to be forgiven of our sins (and therefore enter Heaven) through repentance and faith. (John 14:6; Mark 1:14)
Christians have a responsibility to share their faith with others. (Matthew 2:18-20; Mark 16:15; 2 Timothy 4:2; 1 John 4:15)
